Meet the Woman Behind the Vault

Hi, I'm Shay.

For more than 20 years, I built a traditional career in Human Resources within the federal government. I thought that was the path I would stay on.

Until life pushed me to ask a completely different question:

"What can I build that belongs to me?"

That question led me into digital entrepreneurship. I began learning digital marketing, digital products, affiliate marketing, content creation, AI and the systems behind building a business online.

And I've experienced the overwhelm that comes with being the beginner staring at all the courses, platforms, subscriptions, tools and strategies wondering: "Okay... but what do I actually need?"

That's part of why I created The Xclusive Vault.

It's a place where I can share resources, education and tools I'm using and discovering along my own journey while helping other women see what's possible for theirs.
